Drop by the store
Trading your books with us is easy. Just bring your books by the store Monday through Saturday between 10am & 6pm. We ask that you bring no more than about 2 grocery bags per visit to ensure that we have enough time and space to accommodate all customers trading books with us.
What we offer in trade
We accept books that we feel we can resell. We offer approximately 25% in store credit of the price at which we expect to sell the books. This price is based upon market value, condition, current stock levels and desirability.
What we don't buy
With our stock continually changing it is impossible to say exactly what we will buy at any given time. But there are a few items we do not buy. Those are:
- Damaged books
- Most hardcover fiction (new releases can be an exception)
- Family Bibles
- Textbooks
- Encyclopedia sets
- Adult series romances (Harlequin,etc)
- Some book club editions
- Magazines
- Original software users manuals
- Music and movies
